We understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, especially with someone new. The therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change, and not every psychologist will be the right fit for every person.
To help you feel confident in your decision, we offer your first two sessions bulk billed. This gives you the opportunity to experience how we work, ask questions, and ensure the fit feels right, without financial pressure.
